Nurse Builders Academy’s approval to operate in the State of California is based on provisions of the California Private Postsecondary Education Act (CPPEA) 0f 2009, which is effective January 1, 2010.   Nurse Builders Academy under Section 94802(a) of CPPEA, will by operation of law, and is approved until March 15, 2014.  The Act is administered by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, under the Department of Consumers Affairs.  Nurse Builders Academy approved by California Department of Public Health for its Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide programs.
